Equipment Shipments

Our warehouse is coming back on line next week and all shipments will be going out at that time. If you are waiting on gear, look for it late next week or early the following week. After that, if you haven't received your gear, email us and we will work to get you set up.

In many cases, we have found that shipments were returned because the address was incorrect in your profile. Use this time to UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION! We can't initiate a gear drop if we don't have the proper cords.

Above and Beyond

We recently received a report from Lt. Brandon Eastham that his endcap had fallen into disarray and was down a sign. Not only was he concerned about how the endcap looked to the customer, but how it was representing Razer as well. With his intel, we were able to take the necessary steps to get the problem addressed.

Lt. Eastham, we take care of our own. Good work. Keep an eye on your box as we will be sending you gear befitting your level of perceptive attention.
